Welcome Volunteers!

Volunteers are the heart of the Maryland Food Bank. Whether sorting food, harvesting crops, or flash-freezing healthy meals, our volunteers directly impact how quickly and efficiently we are able to distribute food. Last year, over 7,000 volunteers contributed more than 40,000 hours of time to the Maryland Food Bank.

New Volunteer? This is a two step process. The first step is to create a volunteer account. The second step is to sign-up for an event. 

Returning Volunteer? Please sign in using your user name and password. Then sign-up for an event. 

Volunteers with Special Needs Please contact the volunteer department before registering for a volunteer event if you or someone you plan on bringing to MFB to volunteer has special needs.
